Talent Forge was established in 2023 by a coalition of educators, industry experts, and social entrepreneurs committed to reducing skills gaps and youth unemployment in Egypt. Recognizing that traditional academic routes often leave graduates unprepared for practical demands, we developed a hybrid learning model integrating e-learning modules, in-person workshops, and apprenticeship placements. Our curriculum is co-designed with corporate partners across technology, manufacturing, hospitality, and construction to ensure alignment with current market needs. Each program includes career coaching, résumé reviews, and interview simulations. We maintain training centers in Cairo, Alexandria, and Upper Egypt, equipped with state-of-the-art labs: digital studios, woodshops, commercial kitchens, and electrical workbenches. Talent Forge is accredited by Egypt’s Ministry of Education and certified by international bodies such as the ILO and UNESCO-UNEVOC network. We also offer scholarship programs funded by CSR initiatives and international grants, enabling underprivileged youth to access high-quality training. Our ongoing alumni network provides mentorship, job referrals, and continuous learning resources—fostering lifelong career growth.
